Through the contact form we collect only:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Message or project description (optional)

We do not collect special category data or data from persons under 16 years of age.

3. Purpose

Data is used solely to respond to commercial enquiries and manage the pre-contractual relationship with prospective clients.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the legitimate interest of the controller to manage incoming commercial communications (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), where that interest is not overridden by the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

5. Retention period

Data is retained for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact. After that period it is securely deleted.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. No international transfers outside the European Economic Area take place.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing info@nunovalencia.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you consider that processing does not comply with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence.

This processing is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law.
